The most notable element of the story is the sound effects. We had nothing to make the story with and so we went onto a nearby preserved steam railway and spent the day filling a tape with every sound element of rail travel we could think of! Plotwise, this is an Agetha Christie style murder mystery. The era is well captured and Andrew did a great job of the sound work to say it was his first major attempt. Like in Hartnell Doctor Who stories, when dealing with a totally foreign cast, it was decided that no accents should be used and everyone should speak in clean English (or as clean as you can get us to be!). The only exception was that the Salzburg authorities were all Scottish! Not that we're trying to say the Scottish are like Austrians or anything! On the whole a great deal of fun to listen to!
