Take one misplaced Victorian lady, add one Timelord (famed for his interference in history), add one major stockmarket crash and what do you get? Answer: A devasted London and a world that shouldn't exist!

Starting off with Doctor Syntax (not to be confused with a restaurant in Northwestern England) trying to take control of the Victorian British Empire (and failing thanks in part to a controlled axeman), the scene shifts to the early 21st century and the capital of the UK in ruins. Not because of an invasion of Daleks or Cybermen, but because of what happened to one of the controlled people in Victorian London.

Give a person a fishing rod and they can feed themselves for life. Give a Victorian woman a list of companies to invest in from 1970 onwards and well you can guess what happens! Said Victorian woman becomes the Bill Gates of the 21st century. And that means only one thing, someone has meddled with time.

And that person is a Timelord (played expertly by Gareth "Corridor" Preston) with a very interesting choice in TARDIS disguise! But thankfully with the Doctor (Kevin Hiley), Jon (Jonathan Beaufort) and Coporal "Celery" Selby (John Isles) in charge everything gets sorted out in the end. Now, if only they could get Big Ben to stay quiet for a bit!
