A
trained operative for the British government, Bianca Ruocco transferred to
the Psyence Agency when approached by her old M15 boss - Sebastian Hayward.
She's quick thinking, confident, trained to kill but has a conscience that
can get in the way. Bianca smokes (Marlboro Lights) and drives an old, black
volkswagon beetle. She's about 26 years old and single.
Rice
Often seen
as the loose cannon of the team, Rice is mpulsive and violent. A trained
killer, Rice has cybernetic implants which assist him on nissions. The boot
and targeting system are controlled by Rice's personal computer -
Majestic. Majestic also controls Rice's armoury - Rice can access an
arsenal which is teleported to his hands on request. Despite his brash
exterior, Rice is smart and thoughtful, most likely to follow up on the
victims of the Psyence Agency cases long after others have forgotten about
them. Rice is a saint, but saint of what we do not know. Rice is about 30
years old, marital status unknown.
Gabriel Wraysbury
Seemingly an ordinary, well-educated man in his early 30s,
Wraysbury is in fact a demonic enforcer. As such, his real identity is as a
demon, but one he cannot tap while within the boundaries of Earth. Once off
Earth, be it in another dimension or simply off-planet, Wraysbury reverts to
his true form, a hulking demon with cloven hooves. As such, his
understanding of the spiritual goes far deeper than that of the rest of the
Agency. While on Earth he has access to his magickal hammer - Bone Spreader
- which also acts as a symbol of his office.
Mark Blood
Blood is a vampire, recently reawoken following an
attempted burial about 100 years previously. He has a long history, gaining
his vampire abilities during the Crusades and acting as a bounty hunter in
America's wild west. He looks slightly inhuman, with chalk white skin, elfin
pointed ears and glowing green eyes. He fails to fit in to modern society
and relies on his partner - Laura Eagleton - to cover for him in this
respect.
Laura Eagleton
Laura is Mark Blood's assistant. She's fifteen years old
and in love with the notion of becoming a vampire. Her father is a British
diplomat.
Sebastian Hayward
Director of the Psyence Agency, Sebastian Hayward is in his
early 40s. He's previously worked for British Intelligence through M15, as a
case supervisor. When there he met Mister October and was the direct boss of
Bianca Ruocco during her rookie year. He's intelligent, with a healthy
interest in the supernatural. As head of the agency it's his job to get
clients in and promote the agency.
Mr October
October is the shadowy figure of the agency, a man with no
past. He has heavy ties to the world unseen, and is partially behind
Hayward's rise to wealth through the manipulation of mystical processes.
October is as much head of the Psyence Agency as Hayward, but remains a
background figure, unseen by the agents themselves. October appears to be
late 30s, a shabby, tramp-like figure.
Angela
Angela
is a wicca, a white witch. Her particular talent is to predict future
events, and her modus operandi include Tarot cards, rune stones and ouija
boards (and their equal and opposite, nonnein boards). She's well-educated,
inherently good, and suspicious of other's intentions. Aged mid-30s.
